What if someone is using my Spektrum Wellness account without my permission?

Email us at customerservice@spektrumwellness.com  or click on forgot password to have it reset.

Is Spektrum Wellness available in Spanish?

Yes, you may change the language in your account profile settings.

Can anyone have a Spektrum Wellness account?

Only those over the age of 18 can have an account with Spektrum Wellness.

How am I billed for my account?

For a monthly membership, you will be billed on the same date each month, one month from the date of sign up. For yearly memberships, you will be billed on the same day, one year from sign up date.

How do I cancel my account?

You can cancel your account by emailing us at cancel@spektrumwellness.com.  Refunds are valid for Yearly Memberships ONLY. You must cancel your initial membership (your first payment) within 10 business days of signing up to receive a refund.

How many foods are in your database?

There are over 25,000 foods in our database and we are continually adding more.

Can I add my own foods to the food log?

Yes –  If you have custom food items that you eat, you may add them to the log by manually entering the nutritional information.

Can I create my own workout routines?

Yes –  You may create your own exercises and add them to a custom routine.

Why doesn’t my device connect to my Spektrum Wellness account?

We have a limited amount of devices from an assortment of manufacturers that are currently compatible.  Your device may not be compatible at this time.  We are constantly expanding the list of compatible devices.

How can I submit my biometric information?

Click on the “Forms” page at the bottom of the Spektrum Wellness website, download the “Spektrum Individual Biometric Form.” Have it filled out and email to biometrics@spektrumwellness.com
